Included in the price: Use of the swimming pool and spa, use of the vegetable garden, private parking, Internet Wi-fi, hairdryer, safe box, pool towels, cots, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, weekly linen change, electricity.
Excluded from the price: Heating (4.50€/m3); air conditioning (60.00€ per day); electricity used in the spa; breakfast; lunch and dinner service; additional beds (50.00€ per day), baby sitter; private chef also available for the preparation of typical local dishes; cooking and painting courses; guided tours; carriage tours; riding school and horse rides also for children (there are 2 ponies); shows and various activities related to falconry; wine tasting; visit to the Mugello circuit; maid service (30.00€/hour); mandatory final cleaning (350.00€); small pets are allowed at an extra charge (18,00€/day including a welcome kit).
Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
